Portland Pride Parade 2008

Well it has taken me a while to finally get back to here but I finally made it. On Fathers day my favorite thing to do is take pictures of the very colorful Pride Parade.
I have selected some of the pictures that I took and placed them on a P Base site for people to look at. Sorry I had to shrink them so small but lack of space required it. If there is a image that you like, email me and I will upload a larger one.

Old Motorcyles

If you like old motorcyles this post will be of interest to you as these motorcyles are a piece of the past that has been all but forgotten.
I had forgotten about this group of pictures that I had taken a while ago tilll I got reminded about them again last night by a friend of mine that has been waiting to see them. I had to go back and dig around till I found them again.
I had a chance to take some pictures of these old motorcyles on being a Ariel and the other a Triumph both of these bikes were in beautiful condition and from my understanding running too.
It was too good of a chance to photograph them to pass up. I quickly arranged to have Charity meet me at the shop where they were at and get a few pictures before they were hauled away.

Welcome Nick and Sandra Ayers

I present to you Nick and Sandra Ayers.
This wedding became a impromto situation as the weather in Oregon can be unpredictable at times. My sister inlaw and her husband to be had to scamble to make a quick change in plans which brought us to a shelter in a local park where everyone could at least stay dry.
The wedding at least remained dry and was able to procced with out any more hitches.
In the pictures below are a few of the pictures from this wedding.

My wife and I wish them the best of luck on thier marriage.
We hope that they will have a good marriage that will last for the rest of their lifes with happness to fill their lives.

Nudes on the Coast

I attend one day of a nudes workshop on the Oregon Coast where I was able to take some wonderful pictures of some wonderful models. This workshop was put on by Steve Anchell here is a link to his site Link Contact Steve Anchell if you would like to learn more about a particular area involving photography from the capture to the finshed printed picture as he has many different workshops to cover most any aspect of photography.
I took a number of pictures with several different models I missed out on the chance to work with the rest of the models that were present. I hope to be able to work with the rest of the models at some point in time and also to work again with the ones I did get to work with.
I'm breaking the pictures into 2 sets one is in Black and White and the next in Color or Toned images. After many times of going back through the images shot many times I made a final selection of these images to be the ones to display.

Hope you had a good weekend

Hope you had a good weekend for some it was a 3 day weekend of relaxing while other it was a chance to get caught up on things around the house or things leftover needing attention. No matter what I like many ended up have a short week with to much to do and little time to do it in.
When I took a break I was going through some older pictures that I took and reviewing them and found a few that caught my attention. I enjoy finding things that I wasn't sure at the time what to do with them and being able to do the needed repairs on them to make them workable picture.

Sorry for the delay in posting here. I would seem when it rains it pours. I have working too hard it seems and am behind on getting pictures up.
Here is a set of pictures that I took of a wonderful lady. She is a joy to work with and I had great fun taking these.
I think you will be able to see the sparkling personality she has about her in her eyes and the confindent look she has about her.
